- NPD-Number Planning Digit - 1 Digits - used to identify the caller's Area Code
- NNX-NXX-Central Office eXchange Code - 3 Digits - used to identify the caller's eXchange (wire center)
- TN-Telephone Number - 4 Digits - used to identify the caller's telephone number
- TRK-Trunk - 2 Digits - 00 to 94 decimal 95 to 99 for special trunks - used to identify the caller's trunk number

- CRC-Cyclic Redundancy error CHECK previous packet (digits) to be divisible by 8
