3rd Wave, Rigpa Tech Team Up For Advanced VoIP Offering

VoIP communications company 3^rd Wave Consulting and Rigpa Tech have partnered up to deliver Advanced Quality VoIP services for small to medium sized businesses, a combination of 3^rd Wave’s 3Q-TX and Rigpa Tech’s IT ON! hosted solution.

 

According to Rigpa Tech officials, Rigpa Tech will provide management tools for applications, such as VoIP for a faster, lower cost communication solution.

 

The IT infrastructure performance is monitored and managed in one affordable web-based interface with IT ON!. According to the release, subscribers will have “immediate information technology service quality monitoring and management capabilities allowing them to be proactive toward maintaining high availability.”
