Talisma Corporation announced recently the launch of their German Web site which will provide Talisma’s partners and customers with local language support.

 

Talisma has also signed a reseller agreement with German system integrator Teleconnect & Service GmbH, which will enable it to provide small, midsize and large German organizations with Talisma’s full CIM product suite.

 

“We believe in working closely with our clients to acquire a detailed understanding of their business and use this commitment to plan, create and manage successful, long-term solutions,” said Wilhelm Peters, general manager Teleconnect and Service GmbH in a press release.

                             

Teleconnect will also provide consulting, planning, implementation and local training.

Jon McNerney, vice president International Operations of Talisma added that they consider Germany to be a key market and the launch of new Web site will enhance the customer service experience.
