Vonage Canada and BelAirTravel.com in Marketing DealTMCnet Contributing Editor VoIP service provider Vonage Canada just announced a marketing deal with BelAirTravel.com. The companies will be running a promotion that will allow consumers to receive three free months of Vonage (News - Alert) Premium Unlimited phone service when they visit BelAirTravel.com to book their winter vacation.
"The relationship between Vonage Canada and BelAirTravel.com is a natural fit for both companies," said Vonage Canada's director of product marketing and programs Bruce Robertson in a statement. "Vonage lets people travel with their phone service, making it easy for them to stay in touch with friends and family back home without breaking the bank. Vonage's portability combined with the flexibility it provides users, makes it perfect for the globetrotting lifestyles of BelAirTravel.com customers." The special promotion is currently running and it will end on November 30th. To be eligible for the offer, visitors just have to click on the Vonage banner advertisement on the BelAirTravel.com Web site. From there, they will be directed to an online area where they can sign-up for Vonage and receive three free months of Premium Unlimited Service which includes local and long distance calling and 14 phone features for one flat monthly rate. The retail value of this offer is $270 and includes the required hardware.

"We're always looking for ways to give back to our customers, so we're thrilled to be able to give them a phone service that was created with the traveler in mind."
Vonage made news today when it announced a special phone service offer for HP and Compaq consumer PC customers in the U.S. and Canada.
The deal will have HP and Compaq consumer desktop and notebook PCs in the U.S. and Canada be pre-packaged with a Vonage brochure or an interactive CD-ROM in the PC box explaining details about the service. The brochure, which outlines the benefits of Vonage service, will include integrated communications services, a suite of features, and contact management. This will enable customers to sign-up via their computer desktop or contact a toll-free number to receive the special offer for Vonage service.
