Organizations across various industries throughout the world are beginning to understand the important role that the contact center plays in the overall strategy to not only protect the customer base, but also to help drive revenues as well as profits. However, not every organization has the infrastructure or the expertise to oversee such operations and instead will look to an on-demand solution.

The On-Demand Contact Center Suite, an integration customer interaction management solution, has been jointly announced by White Pajama Japan, a Tokyo-based joint venture of Contactual and Infocom, and NetSuite K.K.

As an integration application, the On-Demand Contact Center Suite provides companies with a 360-degree view of the customer and facilities management of client interactions. The integrated application includes screen pops and click-to-dial functionalities, single sign-on, and the ability to perform custom data clips.

“Representing NetSuite in Japan , I am very much pleased at the announcement of our alliance with White Pajama Japan that represents Contactual in Japan ,” stated Takahiko Higashi, President NetSuite Co., Ltd. ( Japan ), in a statement.

"The integrated solution of two SaaS (News - Alert) products, such as NetSuite and Contactual, will enable small and medium businesses to implement their contact center economically, in a short time frame and flexibly. Leveraging this alliance NetSuite Japan will contribute to diffusion of on-demand CRM solution in Japan .”

“Now we can provide integrated solutions for companies who need CRM and contact center solutions,” contributed Yoshihiro Suzuki, CEO of White Pajama Japan, in the statement. “The customer can use our solutions very easily to empower the efficiency of their business.”

Mansour Salame, Contactual CEO, noted that Contactual is excited about the strategic alliance between White Pajama Japan and NetSuite K.K. in the expanding Asian market. Salame felt that this partnership was a testament to the benefits of the integrated Contactual-NetSuite solution that has been initiated in the U.S. and now available in Japan.

The alliance is designed to cover joint marketing activities, end-user support, and sales and technical support for each partner. With the names behind the solution, it is likely that the On-Demand Contact Center Suite will enjoy quick adoption throughout multiple industries.

The collaboration between NetSuite and Contactual was announced in the United States in January of 2006 when Contactual unveiled an integrated On-Demand Contact Center for NetSuite as part of the SuiteFlex Application program. NetSuite recognized the value of the integrated application by presenting Contactual with the Best Integrated Solution in award in November of 2006.
