CNP Integrates Info@hand With Joomla! To Offer JomComCRM

CNP Integrators, a division of Creative Network Protocol (CNP), has released its new product JomComCRM, which integrates info@hand with Joomla!

Joomla! is a Content Management System (CMS) platform that has a free and available-to-all source code. It stores, controls, edits, creates, searches, version controls, publishes and manages digital information such as documents, audio, video, imagery, and animation. In addition it keeps a track of metadata – detailed information about each type of media – and is therefore able to identify media originators and current users.

It performs all these tasks via the internet, private and local networks and its architecture defines the way information is presented to eventual users. Started in 2005, Joomla! (meaning all together in Arabic) reportedly has a social network of more than 400,000 registered members who communicate in 40 different languages and it executes about 300,000 programmed instructions simultaneously.

It is used in different Web sites such as corporate, government, personal, churches, on-line newspapers, and non-profit organizations.

info@hand is a customer relationship and business management suite that prepares, handles and melds together (if required) quotes, invoices, sales orders, allocation of payments received, shipping, receipt, accounts, product catalogues and intuitively identifies prospective revenue opportunities. It is available either as fully customer owned product or may be availed by the Sofware-as-a-Service method.

It also maintains and coordinates the information of different companies departments, workflow streams and resources such as human resources, services, e-mail, calendar and appointment maintenance, project management, MS outlook, IP telephony and mobile devices.

Its built-in customization permits customers to define the frequency of update requests for any deemed critical information such as invoicing, requests for quotes, business intelligence, billing and payments received on a 24x7x365 basis.

“As the demand for social community marketing and service grows, we see the common feature sets that everyone requires,” said Chris Nielsen, founder of CNP. “Our solution offers a more stable, well tested environment, simple programatic expansion, and we refined our ability to train customers so they get the most from their technology investment.”
