Jobscience's New Application Tracking System Incorporates Google Apps and Salesforce CRM

Jobscience, Inc. a provider of automated workforce management, launched an application tracking system for natively incorporating Google (News - Alert) Apps and Salesforce CRM. This application integrates a Google Apps account with any edition of Salesforce CRM.

Jobscience custom recruiting application was developed natively on the Salesforce.com’s (News - Alert) Force.com platform. The application enables small and medium sized companies to broadcast jobs publicly accept online applications and also use Google Docs for managing resumes and other recruitment-related documents.
 
Jobscience for Google Apps follows several new announcements for using latest technology for enhancing the recruitment process. The company has even developed a native iPhone (News - Alert) application.

Company officials said that cloud computing techniques from Google and Salesforce.com have been leveraged by Jobscience for the delivery of on-demand, Software-as-a-Service cloud computing to Human Resources departments of both small and large companies.
 
The company offers several automated application tracking and management solutions which integrates all major hiring and employee management functions via a central Web interface.
 
This process of automation regulates and streamlines the workflow between HR managers, recruiters and candidates thereby reducing hiring costs. Jobscience offers various functions such as standardized job descriptions, job posting, application tracking, HR policy, background checking and employee referral. This results in a comprehensive enterprise-wide solution, said Jobscience.
