SDN Precon Returns, Sessions Announced for ITEXPO Las Vegas 2013 Installment TMCnet News Explore the Latest Developments in Software-Defined Networking August 26 in Las Vegas
NORWALK, CT - April 11, 2013 - TMC announced today a new addition to ITEXPO (News - Alert) Las Vegas 2013: SDN Precon, which will take place on Monday, August 26, at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas.
Software-defined networking is one of the most important, and potentially disruptive developments in networking since the rise of the Internet. SDN turns traditional thinking on networking on its head, and approaches networking from an applications-first standpoint. 'With a focus on applications first, SDN is poised to turn networking upside down,' said Rich Tehrani, CEO of TMC (News - Alert) and conference chairman for ITEXPO.
