PRC Call Center To Bring 700 New Jobs to Huntington, WV

PRC, a provider of outsourced customer management will open a new contact center in Huntington, West Virginia.
 
Located at 2205 Fifth Street, PRC’s 114,000 square foot operation in Huntington is expected to bring 700 new jobs to the area.
 
Associates will be hired at all levels including management and technology team members to support the Company’s Fortune 500 client base.
 
According to Jerry McDonald, president of the Huntington Area Development Council (HADCO), HADCO is excited that PRC has chosen Huntington to locate a new customer service center.
 
McDonald believes that PRC is a quality company that will provide quality jobs for their area residents.
 
“We are sure they will be very pleased with our workforce and we welcome them to our community,” he added.
 
John G. Hall, PRC CEO said in a press release that PRC has a tremendous reputation for adding value to their client relationships by supporting their customers with the best team possible, and that is the reason the chose Huntington, West Virginia.


 
Joseph Livingston, president and COO of PRC said that the Tri-State area is known for the quality of its people and their unwavering loyalty.
 
Livingston added that PRC is inspired by the tremendous welcome they’ve received from the Huntington community.
 
Earlier this month, PRC announced that it is bringing 400 new jobs to Durant, Oklahoma. These new job openings are focused on supporting PRC’s Fortune 500 client base.
 
The location of PRC’s operation in Durant will be at 1012 Radio Road in Durant and training classes for this location are already underway.
 
PRC has reportedly added nearly 3,000 new domestic jobs in the last year.
 
PRC employs over 14,000 team members worldwide, and manages customer relationships for some of the world’s most brand focused companies through its global network of centers.
