HomeSight and Apex Software Team Up to Provide Online Real Estate Resources

HomeSight, Inc. has completed its strategic alliance agreement with Apex Software, leveraging Apex’s infrastructure and market presence to launch HomeSight across the United States and in select international markets.


 
HomeSight offers interactive floor plans and virtual home tours for online real estate listings. The floor plans are linked with property information and photos, allowing sellers and their agents to provide a virtual “open house” 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 
The company also provides a cost efficient solution for marketing realtors’ properties.

Through its partnership with Apex Software, HomeSight is able to expand its software tools and realtor support services.
 
A study by the National Association of Realtors shows that 77 percent of home buyers use the Internet as a source. Additionally, 81 percent of Internet home-buyers also used a real estate agent, whereas only 63 percent of non-Internet buyers use a real estate agent.
